I was miserable, my love for self was based on the relationship with my birth mum (who I met 9 years ago) I had the belief I was unloveable. I couldn’t go a second, min, day without feeling like I needed her. I would msg see she had read it and wouldn’t reply. I was addicted to her love (which she wasn’t able to match) causing my relationship with my family to suffer also as I wasn’t able to be present.
